Why does my product show Expired after I renewed?

If your product is showing an Expired Alert Message and you have recently renewed, your product may be out of sync. Please follow the instructions below which should resolve your issue.

1. Open the Total Defense Console

  • select the the orange shield icon located on your PC desktop or systems tray and open the Total Defense application

2. Select the "?" icon

3. Select "add" button next to "add license"

4. Login to your Total Defense account

  • and then you can select "activate"
