How to update Password in my Account

If you know your existing Total Defense account password and want to change the password follow instructions below. Go here if you Forgot your password.

1. Login to your Total Defense Account
   
2. In the left navigation click Profile or the Edit Profile button
   
3. Click the Change Password button.
   
4. Enter and confirm your new password then click Change Password
   • Password must include at least: one upper case letter, one lower case letter, one number, and one symbol such as @ ! & $
   
   
5. The new Email is saved in your account. A message confirming the account update is sent to the account email address.
