If you have exceeded your online backup quota, you may be prompted to free up space or purchase more storage capacity when you try to backup your files.
Select the "Manage Files" button to adjust the items you backup in order to free up space.
Click the "Add More Storage" button to purchase additional online storage capacity.
- A new window will open, select the preferred upgrade. Enter payment information when prompted. After payment info is accepted, select the "Finish" button, and the product backup quota will update momentarily. You will also receive an email confirmation.
