1. Open the Online Backup and Recovery Manager application.
2. Log in using your Total Defense account information.
3. Click on the + button to add the files you would like to backup.
4. Select the files you want to back up by clicking on them and clicking Add.
- You can navigate to different folders by using the drop down menu at the top of the window.
5. Click on Backup Now to begin the backup.
6. Wait for the backup to complete.
7. Congratulations! Your files have now been successfully disaster proofed.
