Email alerts help you track each internet user’s behavior on your computer. You can configure email alerts for My Kids as described below.
1. Log into the parent account
- Click on Update Settings

- From the Overview page, select the Settings tab and the Alerts sub-tab.
2. Select
- Step 1: Use the check boxes to enable or disable the various conditions.
- Step 2: Use the drop-down menus to specify the number of attempts allowed before an alert is sent to email provided.
Note: Select your choices for the Alerts using the explanations below.
- Daily maximum number of restricted content access attempts -
If this option is enabled, an alert is generated after the amount of attempts to access restricted content exceeds the number specified in the drop-down menu. - Daily maximum number of restricted content override attempts -
If this option is enabled, an alert is generated after the amount of attempts to override restricted content exceeds the number specified in the drop-down menu. - Tip. Enter 0 next to this box to track if a user knows the override password.
- Daily maximum number of Parental Account access attempts - If this option is enabled, an alert is generated after the amount of attempts to login as an administrator exceeds the number specified in the drop-down menu.

Tip. If the number of logins are more than the number of times you logged in as Administrator, then a different user has cracked your administrator password.Recommended Next Action. Please reset your administrator password.
3. Save Settings
- Make sure to save your settings by clicking Apply
